Local Mail (within Singapore only)
Your item(s) will reach you in 2-4 working days once payment has been verified.
You may either opt for Normal or Registered Postage.
Normal Mail is $2.00 flat. However, you are not able to track your parcel. We will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail therefore it is highly advisable our customers to opt for Registered Postage.
Registered Mail is $4.00 flat. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel if your parcel doesn't reach you on time. Alternatively, you can contact us at ask.derloffel@gmail.com for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office. If your package is not claimed and returned to us, you will have to bear the postage costs for it to be mailed out to you again.
During festive periods, please allow an extra 10 days for delivery.
We do not conduct meet-ups.
Payment Terms
We accept POSB/DBS bank transfers and Paypal. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB branch. (Which does not require you to have a POSB Bank Account)
If you are doing an ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment. We will take legal actions against fraud cases - so be honest! All payments to be made within 48 hours. If you need more time to make payment, please do let us know.
You will be blacklisted if payments are not received within 7 days.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Do take note that there might be a slight difference in the colour or outlook shown in pictures due to different computers’ resolution. We will not refund should the goods not match your initial expectations.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
